We are proud to share that Stephen Dodd, Senior Development Manager, has been recognised with the Young Leader Award at the UDIA Victoria Awards for Excellence 2025.
The award recognises emerging professionals who are driving meaningful change within the property and development industry. Stephen’s leadership embodies Assemble’s values of collaboration, care and a commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable projects that expand housing choice and supply for more Australians.
Stephen brings a thoughtful, values-based approach and is dedicated to creating positive, lasting outcomes for residents and communities. His work is helping set a new benchmark for industry, grounded in collaboration, care and a shared purpose to deliver better housing for all.
UDIA Judges citation
Since joining Assemble in 2021, Stephen has led the delivery of two key inner-Melbourne projects at 15 Thompson Street in Kensington and 4 Ballarat Street in Brunswick totalling 370 homes that deliver housing choice and affordability for more Australians. Stephen is now managing the delivery of Fitzroy Gasworks as the project approaches its construction phase.
In addition to his project leadership, Stephen’s involvement in Assemble’s Reconciliation Action Plan, Net Zero Working Group and other broader workplace initiatives has made him a highly valued contributor to the organisation’s ongoing growth and capability.
